basically everyone who wants to play would need to register an account over at Pokerstars. Its really easy...just download the software, and register a name like on a message board. Its really easy to set up a private tournament. Buy-in would be like $20 each...winner takes all. We could even do a second / 3rd place money finish as well if we get a lot of people. |

I would do both, but I think a live game would be more fun to play.
Either way, tell me the time and date and if you need me to do anything. |

| ok, seems like doing one online would be teh easiest to get off the ground. Is anyone else registered to pokerstars? Thats the first step. |

haha
we just did a rhythmism tourney tonight, and it was a lot of fun.
$20 buy-in. I think we had 8 guys. 1st place (me :)) took home $80, 2nd took $48, 3rd took $32.
based on the response here so far, I think we can get a much bigger turnout, thus a bigger a prize pool.
for anyone who doesn't have an account, go to www.pokerstars.com and sign up for one. Its really easy. Depositing money is easy as well.
You can get your feet wet by playing in some of the play money tournaments they do. |
