$20 buy in. I think, depending on how many people we have enter, the top 4 people will take home some money. Obviously the winner will take home the lion's share though. |

Another vote for any Monday night. Next Wednesday the 14th would also work for me, but usually I can't do Wednesday.
Thanks for organizing this. Looking forward to brushing up on my poker skills, even if it costs me some money.

ok, that works. As long as people are ready to potentially be up til midnight if they do well in the tournament. Does anyone object to that late a start?
If we all agree, I'll get the tournament set up. The eventual check list of things people will need to do in order to register...
1. Download pokerstars software and register an account. Go to www.pokerstars.com to do this.
2. Use an "e-check" to deposit money into your acount. I believe the minimum is $25. An e-check deposit is instantaneous, and very easy to do. You can literally do it 10 minutes before the tournament starts and be good to go.
3. Once I get the tournament set up, everyone will need to officially register to play. Again, its very easy. I'll supply the info to be able to do this, as it will be a private event that will require a password.
I think thats about it. :)
