Come on man I was just giving you a hard time. I didn't mean to offend you; I was saying it in jest because of your "Barak the magic negro" argument a few days ago.
Anyway, I think you're really reaching there by saying there's some symbolic relevance with the image of a white prez kicking out a black prez-elect. You forgot to mention that Obama's request didn't come until December 12th, and wanted to move into the Blair house 2 weeks earlier than the standard time, in which case it is totally understandable that reservations would have been locked up long before by then. AND, when his request was turned down, this happened:

For what it's worth, I think you're the one reading too much into this. The Times just reported what happened, and then why - and offered the inevitable connection that Howard happens to share the sentiments of all evil Aussies by hating Obama because he's black.
And Sidwell Friends is serious business... they might miss a cursive lesson or something - my sister had the chicken pox during those lessons and she still can't sign her name properly! And asking her to copy in cursive on legal documents "I certify that I" blah blah blah? It's horrible to watch her start letters at the tail. |

John Howard was ousted from the Prime Minister's position more than six months ago and unfortunately has nothing to do with the running of this country anymore, though I suppose you couldn't possibly know that, because it didn't happen in America and therefore didn't actually happen at all. |
