lol how can I explain if a track is good when you say it's bad? :) it's just good to me and bad to you, that's about it
however, you don't have to keep reinforcing how bad trance is :) and you do that every time a thread like that surfaces, don't deny that :p |

Actually.... I think it is.
Music taste is about preference.
One style of genre is not 'better' than the other.
I think the only way music can actually 'bad' is if there are actual problems in the mixing or the tracks are poorly produced.
Otherwise all you can say is 'you don't like vocal trance'
People are really excited for A&B... and you bashing it is kind of a downer.

in a logical fashion? what appeals to you about the track? is it the vocalist? the lyrics? they way it's structured? the breakdown?
you can talk about so many different things about a track.

nah. i dont say how bad trance. just how bad certain vocal trance is.
and whenever someone goes gaga over a+b ;)
even then, i did say how I respect them as a producers on their other aliases. and there are still couple of a+b tunes in my cd binder |

i'm not comparing genres, say house vs trance.
i compare between 'good' vocal trance vs 'bad' vocal trance

Sorry for not being clear
By styles of genres I meant subgenres...
ie. Vocal trance vs tech trance/prog trance/whatever other kinds of trance there is (Im not a 'trancehead' :p)
And silly Yohan by no means will you 'distract' me from my hype for A&B.
You can sit at home.... and we will party all night :D :D |
