The original cannot be improved, but i'm not against people giving a different interpretation to an old tune.. classic or not.
The 16 bit lolitas mix is pretty decent... so is the Silinder mix of Xpander. Anyone heard it? |

It sounds alike, and 16BL have been playing the tune for a while (2007) but I heard, from people who were there at the night of this vid, it's not the Funkagenda Remix.. still, I'm not sure. |
Its the 16 bit lolitas Remake, and despite being a big fan of their works (when its not too electro) i also find this a bit unneccessary :/
but i guess its a tradition nowadays to reshape old things into modern things |

Yeah, you'd never catch Sasha remaking a classic record like Little Bullet when he produced Xpander, would you?
Anyone bitching about remakes of this particular classic is eating a huge slice of irony pie. |
Reading comprehension lessons aside, I also stated later that I'm mainly tired of the SAME tracks being remixed. |

In a post I didn't quote. I don't see what I've failed to comprehend by quoting a line that basically states that producers shouldn't remake classics and that implies that remaking classics never makes a new classic. Xpander would seem to be a counter-argument all on its own. |

lol, you get my point. This is starting to become a blend between sampling and using idea argument versus a remixing argument. Suffice it to say I'm tired of hearing Xpander remixes. |

I've simply grown bored of hearing people moan about remixes, because I keep getting reminded that updates have produced loads of good music. The real statement should be: stop making remakes. |
