i've kind of started noticing that as well. its like the older i get, the harder it is to make friends the same age or older. or things will be good and then BAM gone. my oldest friend I've known since we were 13/14 years old...going on 12 years now and we're just as good of friends as ever.

moving sucks for friendships. i made some awesome ones in shreveport at work. real good guys. and now i'm in oklahoma. .

Thank God I'm still too young for that .

not sure that its harder to make friends as much as its harder to find people to go through life experiences with. you like your friendships with your "old friends" because you go through so much with them. for me i've had the same group of close friends since i was 15. we are all totally different now and probably wouldn't hang out if we met say a year ago but growing up together changes that. once you are like 25ish you can meet people but you are pretty much set in your ways and there isn't that much more you can go through with a group plus people aren't as stationary and you aren't seeing them as often as you would if you say went to school with each other from middle school through high school.

as for your friends eric, they are bitches. they a)secretly don't want to go out and use their women as an excuse or b) have insecure women. i can't for the life of me understand couples who do everything together and stop hanging out with friends individually.

"i cant come out im with th gf tonight"

"ya me and debbie are gonna stay in and watch tv"

"you have reached the voicemail of 'MIke and Sabrina!!! yay!!"

so ya man wtf happened in 2 years??? i take one lil break and everyone flakes. like for real. ghuys when u turn 26, 27 ur gonna notice all ur "cool" friends turn into complete pushovers. Even when i was dating my gf I ALWAYS made time to chill with the boys and the girls. Sure i didnt go out and drink tons and make out with random chicks etc. but i deffinately didnt flake out like everyone is doing now. in sad times we live in.

he is right.

i have become one of those that you talk about eric. It has nothing to do with ditching friends, but more to do with having a load of responsibilities, a lack of quality time with the main quim, and being too tired to go to a bar filled with kids you want to throat punch.

Those 200 bucks at the bar get spent somewhere like a nice restaurant... somewhere free of dumb 19 year olds in dress shirts and running shoes throwing up on each other.
Boomer187
maybe this is why u single :o

HIYO!

the thing with these kinda guys, is you gotta plan crap out, kinda sucks, but plan it, they plant the seed in their woman, then they remind the woman of it later, then bickettybam! your drinking with your boys at some lame club where they don't look or want to talk to anyone else.

:wtf:

clubs are boring as once the novelty wears off aka you grow up.
Vivid Boy
ya personally i dont go to "baller" clubs anymore. I just go somewhere if the girls we're with that night want to go somewhere and/or if im with a friend andhe wants to try to pick up chicks.

so i prolly go to a club once every 2 months now.

but its not just clubs that my friends dont do anymore..i mean they don't do anything but watch tv with their gfs. There is soo much i want to do, clubs. CLubs is like a im out of ideas sorta thing to do.
elFreak
maybe they are just trying to save money for their futures?

get a broad eric, broads get other broads out of the house and off their mans nuts for a bit.
Vivid Boy
ya i just ended my relationship like 5 months ago i dunno if im ready for my next one

Word I agree with you mate,I spent Fri night drinking at home alone which in' sucks.I ended up meeting a stripper friend of mine and we went drunk bowling which was koo but all of my mates have Gf's or they all moved.I miss the old crew at times but I'm a bit luckier than a few because I'm young. The days quickly approaching though I feel it,oh well just gotta start looking for "More" friends.Oh and I defiantly don't see myself settling down with a byrd in the next 3 years.....I wanna go out whenever the I want to!!!

I'm off to go take shots of rum :disbelief
elFreak
who said a serious broad?

temporary broads work better for this, because she gets to go home after and tell your bud how much of a stupid bitch she is. Chicks love that , assuring you man time. You just need any pair of with you to make sure she doesn't feel like sasiche overload.
