Apparently this news site thinks that Phelps should just go on and commit suicide now. Come on, it's pot, Jesus Christ. The guy ran a stop sign and blew a .08, it's not like he can't get away with something as silly as this. These people are saying his career is over. I say bull.

| Same, he's undoubtedly going to catch a ton of flak for this, and in my mind he really shouldn't. But of course, the argument of "kids look up to him, what are they going to think when they hear of this?" will surely be used extensively. |

Read that all the way through. Now, let me explain this to you...
1.) They don't know how to spell the word "review."
2.) I've never heard of that site, and it is nowhere near a "mecca" for music lovers, so why does the front page claim to have the "world's first review" of that album? Wouldn't you give it to something far more recognizable and trustworthy?
3.) Look at how absolutely, terribly written that review is. It's as though the writer dug up various stories scattered across news articles from the past year or so and pieced them together. I mean, for s sake, look at this line: "But there are still loads of great moments — like THE EDGE’s cracking guitar." Laughable.
Yeah, so I'm going to believe them when they try and act macho about how Phelps' management tried to buy them off, and how "cool" and "badass" they are for resisting it. Oooookay. :rolleyes: |
