Mostly once, sometimes twice. I usually shower before going to bed, but if I'm going out, I'll have a shower first most of the time.

| Once every single morning, without fail (unless I am sick and just stay in bed). If I am sick, I may have a bath and I shower after workouts/swimming/clubbing or anything else that gets me dirty/sweaty. |
