heya kiddies... any helping hand would be great plz thankx!!
ive gone thru the help section n all that sorta crap on beatport but none of it helps...
the problem is that i cant listen to tracks in the playlist but the tracks line up in the playlist.... any helping hand?? or is this happening to others too? |

already tried that, aswell as turning the firewall off... but still to no avail :(
cleaned the cookies and catche n all that sorta stuff that the "help" sais to do.... |

that's been happening to me as well but sometimes if i just click a million times on the player and in the shop/browser thing it works eventually :p
have you seen the thread in music discussion? i think a lot of people are pissed off as well |

it must be because they re-did the site recently i guess...

The only pain I have with beatport is en territory restrictions for the tunes I really want .. sometimes I can get around that at Audio Jelly.
Is there any other alternative websites you guys use apart from the 2 I use?
Restrictions piss me off!! lol |

| if you can get your brain around it (believe you me it took me a farken while to work it out) - you can use a proxy that makes beatport think your in another country ....and ur in. |

would send you a link but the work firewall wont a bar of it lol.
i think ill havta wait until i get home..
im pretty sure it needs to be a cgi proxy for beatport - the first few i tried wouldnt work cos of the way beatport is setup
it also helps to have a cousin who was a lead programmer for the defence force:toothless
edit; i think it was blinky who showed me www.nsfwproxy.com/ - i couldnt get it to work with beatport tho maybe youll have more luck? |
