The requirements are that this person must have had an important beneficial impact in society and it must be either an authorized biography or an autobiography. I'm sick of the usual stuff and I just yawned at the people some of my classmates are doing; John Lenon, Michael Jackson, Marilyn Monroe. I was thinking something of an artist, preferably not THAT well know. It would be interesting to read about something of an architect, jazz musician, artist, journalist...etc. So far I'm with Ian Curtis on this , but I want some more options.
