Exactly, but pawn shops in the downtown area are aware of this type of customer because they know these types of characters that come in and out. Tbh, the reality is that many of the people causing these types of crimes have their own connections and will trade the mixer and cds for drugs or cash by asking people around their area. Sounds ty...but they prob. don't know the cost of the mixer and will trade it for a tiny amount of drugs or cash in comparison to it's real cost.
So sorry to hear about this Barry. That's one hell of a mixer. As for the cd's couldn't you re-burn them? You must have the original music files? Sure it's time consuming, but at least they're recoverable. |
