how many sqf indoors without the garage ? and how big is your lot? municipal taxes?? care sharing with us the price paid for that house? also bought a house a couple of months ago and its just for the sake of comparing :p

the house sq ft is 1255 (not including the garage...but its a 2-car). i don't know the size of the lot itself...i mean, i'm sure i have it written down somewhere.
paid $92,900 for it. taxes for the year are about $940; and insurance i believe is $1100 or so. mortgage payment (which includes taxes/insurance in an escrot account) is $703.
funny, my house in shreveport the taxes were $330 a year (yes, i know, dirt cheap) and my insurance was about $900 or so (yes, i know, dirt cheap); but the house itself was worth more ($111,500 is what i paid for it)...so my mortgage payment here is about $100 less than in shreveport, but taxes/insurance are more. go figure right?

i've been to Oklahoma twice in my life (passing through during a vacation) (OKC and Tulsa). Let's just say I got bored in 5 seconds. :o
And will i think a good number of peeps here have their own place, but they don't do it, because you set the bar too high with your c0r cribs. :( |
