i'm sorry but if i was in a holding cell, the last thing on earth i would do is kick my shoe at a cop lol it's common ing sense and just general manners/knowing how to act. when you are in the hands of the police it's "yes sir" "no sir" shut the up and do what you're told until your parents/lawyer shows up. end of story.
she is a typical punk teenager i bet....the cliche' result of bad parenting. |

| you know i'm sure there are a lot of bad cops out there but there are also TONS of good cops doing their job. just being a cop in the first place is serious and people do not realize what it takes to be one. why dont some of you skinny little s drive down in the "hood" on a friday night and have to get out of your car and approach a ing crackhouse with a bunch of armed ******s in it. lol it takes balls to be in that line of work and they are ALL willing to die serving and protecting us and that in itself should warrant some sort of respect. and this system is so ED, i don't blame them for getting a little crooked here and there to get done right. |

| i think this is an abuse of authority case, right from the book. I mean yes they have a duty, but this is an abuse of that duty. The law is not always on the right side, it's question of ethics not 'law' per se. |

As i said, the punches were over the line, and sure the cop could have been a little gentler while knocking her on the ground but i absolutely do not agree that her actions didnt warrant at least SOME response...restraining her on the ground would have been just fine if he didnt decide to knock her around some more. FFS, you cant treat an officer of the law in the same way you treat your punk friends or your parents that raised to be be such a ****. And the officer cant allow some punk to treat him like that because the more he gives in, the more respect he looses and the more the punk kids think they can puch him. Well at one point enough is enough and something needs to be done to show the brat who exactly is in charge there. If the lesson is thought well, then maybe the next time there is an encounter with the cops that person will have a little more respect for the officers, or if the lesson is thought really well that person might just stay away from trouble in the first place, and then there is no need to deal with the cops at all.
Damn it, im not that old myself, im only 25 but the 15 year olds pull and get away with these days is frankly scaring me. I had an encounter or two with the police in my teens, but not once did i or any of my friends try to pick on or insult the police, even when we were 15 and completely drunk we pulled ourselves together and communicated with as much decency as we could with the cops that came to check up on us, and because we were always respectful we never got into any trouble, but if we started acting p you can be damn sure that the police wouldn't tolerate our behaviour.
IM going of on a bit of a tangent here, but basically what im trying to say is, there needs to be a minimum standard of decency on both side, because one side can only give in for so long. Give in too long and to often and you loose al the respect and authority you once had. |

cops. They always get physical with me when I refuse to speak with them. I'm not required by law to do anything other than identify myself, but they always overstep their authority. I've never understood what makes a piggy think he can pin me when at least 10 others have failed in the past. Oh well it is not only my money being wasted to arrest and bring me to trial only to be forced into a dismissal for insufficient evidence.
I'll never say yes sir to a ing pig. They can arrest me and let the judge sort it out. The judge always comes out on my side anyway.
Thank baby jesus I'm the son of one of the oldest lawyers in the state!
Would like to add that the way police operate is to routinely violate citizens rights because they know most people can't afford proper legal counsel and as a result they will have to plea bargain. that! Slit their throats! |
