AVB @ Guv or Bump in London????

Im debating on whether i want to go to AVB and be surrounded by 1000 of the sketchiest asian people (im not racist against asians, just the ones who go to Guvernment!!).....or go to a smaller party in London that will showcase some raw dj'ing skills from the likes of Addy, Dj Ruckus (London), S4, OS2, Big League Chu, Marty Mcfly, Mystical Influence, Spindle. The big draw for me this party is Addy and Dj Ruckus. Not sure of the location, but ill post when i hear.
I saw Armin last time @ guv and it was good, so im not knocking him here, just giving TA's a techno/tribal/house/breaks/jungle option. |

If you thought AVB was good last time.. then why miss him this time?
I think we all know that the cracked out asians are brutal at the guv.. but for AVB it is worth having to deal with them. Im rather used to it.. the big crowds, muscle men, and of course cracked out asians but those things are miniscule in comparison to witnessing AVB spin. Come on dude.. you can't miss this event for some measly locals such as Marty McFly.. ruckas.. mystical, addy baddy.. :p etc. etc...
There will be an even bigger TA meetup this time than the last so I think you should come and represent!

| Apparently AVB is now hooked on T.O., so I'm guessing he'll show up soon again.. and even if he doesn't, you saw him last time here. I am thinking of not going cause I didn't like him last time he was there, he just spun anthem after anthem. Every DJ can do that. Hell, I can sit at home and click away. It's just the fact that it's Van Buuren that got everyone hooked. |

I was gonna go despite it being in the Guvernment, its true....miss Armin for the crowd?! Just go with your own crowd find a spot and tune everyone out......
but now I might be going to Montreal tonight! :D and be forced to miss Armin |

Im not insane, i guess im just not a huge fav of AVB. Im really getting sick of the uplifting trance. Dont get me wrong, he does spin the odd banger, but his style just doesnt always do it for me. Im really more into the techno, tech house, dark tribal and i know Addy and Ruckus will deliver. I know AVB is a trance superstar and icon, but ive seen him b4, and i just want a party thatll keep me movin all night!!! (and no sketchasians!) :)
Have fun on saturday, where ever you all decide to go!!!!

on the topic of nick names, we had a fair next to my work and there were a lot of sketchy Carnival kids walking around everywhere drunk and high in the middle of the day, so we made a name for them "ghetto carni kids"
Maybe we should call all those Sketchy Asians "ghetto carni kids" since "The Scasians" is too obvoious!:D :haha: :stongue: |

Dude go see ADDY and RUCKUS... Addy will have some tribal cooking and Ruckus' rap/house hybrid is sure to make you sweat! + London doesn't really get that many parties, you would be supporing the fragile scene
Also AVB is sure to be back... (if you aks me he is nothing too special)

I ended up going to Bump, and it was AMAZING!!!!! Wicked vibe. There were some speaker problems but for the most part was good sound. Spindle vs. Ruckus was CRAZEE!!!!! Addy delivered that wicked dark tribal progressive sound, and OS2 put on a stellar trance set. |
