It's best when playing against teams. You have an opponent, and you have to try and beat them by drinking your beer or whatever as fast as you can, then flipping the cup such that it's sitting on the open end. Then the next person goes and so on and so forth. Whichever team finishes first wins. Obviously the drunker you are, the more difficult it becomes.
If you're playing with only a couple of people, the above can be done.
It gets you hammered sooooo fast. If you're playing in heats (which I have done), by the last couple of rounds you're just hoping to lose because all you can think about is how much you don't want to puke. LOL!

you have a deck of cards and you give everyone who is playing 8 cards.
so the point of the game is "get rid of all your cards". You play like UNO, so if someone throws a 2 of hearts, you can throw a heart or a 2 of any suit. every card has concequences thoguh
2- you drink 2
3- you drink 3
4- you GIVE 4
5- you GIVE 5
6- Rule (you make a rule like ;.... everytime you drink you take off an imaginary hat off the cup, if you dont, you drink 2 extra
7- thumb master (if you put your thumb on the table, everyone else has too, and the last one drinks)
8- wild card (if you dont have a card to throw, you throw the 8 and you pick the suit you want to be played)
9- social
10- social
jack- bust a rhyme (you say a word and peopel have to keep rhyming and the one who cant come up with a ryme drinks)
queen - question (you ask a question to someone and they have to answer in the form of a question or they drink 2_
king - social
ACE - waterfall (pour your drink in the middle of the table (in a cup_) and the last king drinks whatever is on the cup (usually 4 different drinks mixed together_)
