always. i have an extreme sense of apathy towards almost everything and i have absolutely no drive. I underachieve constantly and I never really try my best.

If there was a step by step book on how to 'fix this! guaranteed!!" i'd read 3 chapters and stop.

My biggest achievement over the past year or so was not quit or get fired from my low paying job.

i duno, i know there's lots of 20 somethings out there in the same (fail)boat as me, but i really wish i could care about my lack of goals in life.

meh

Seriously, no desire to really do anything, a lack of caring etc. etc. are all indications that you may be suffering from depression. You really should talk to a doctor. You may be clinically depressed and need some help.

If it's the weed... lay off of it.

Yea I feel the same way.

It's probably depression, it runs in my family on my mothers side really bad.

Clinical or not, you probably could stand a change in your life style or environment.

I've always sort of said " it" and just thrown myself into new things with out much thought. If you think about it too much you invent reasons to not do it.

So it.

WOW! Story of my life too. In fact, I always thought about posting something like this in the c0r. I always think to myself, "ok finish the ing track, clean your godamn room" and I start off great, stop half way and go to something else. I think there's really some sort of sociological concept that would explain this general depression of not knowing what to do. If college wasn't so god damn expensive, I would just stay there and feel like at least I've accomplished something as I keep accumulating degrees while still not knowing what to do with my life, rather than accumulating trash on my floor while I'm mindlessly typing in the c0r and still not knowing what to do with my life.
