so the bust economy is a conspiracy by the military-industrial complex... makes perfect sense. :nervous:

I'm so sorry to hear that Steve. You worked so hard, that's ed up. Shame on them.

That is a good idea Keith had. Charge ppl $75 a head. I don't think anyone would mind paying for a wonderful Rhode Kill weekend. And although we loved it, don't you guys pay for so much stuff. Everyone can buy their own beer. Keep all your costs at a minimum and just supply the land (if you want). I bet everyone would come support your event and you can make a quick buck. Call it Rhode Kill Cubed, The Baby Shower.

I know how meaningful this was to you, Steve, so my heart goes out to you...however, hope this means we can catch up at an event in NYC soon.

chin-up, steve. when one door closes, another must open. the military offers some attractive financial incentives, but it's extremely dangerous. it will be challenging to come up with a new plan, but ultimately your motivation is to do right by your family, and something non-military will greatly increase the likelihood that you'll actually be around and healthy enough to care for them.

Damn... That sucks bro. Yeah, I heard they're getting strict about tattoos now. If you have a tattoo, you can't join the service. That sucks.

that isn't true my best friend has almost a full sleeve and work all over his chest and they couldn't be any happier to give him an 18x contract

it is all about WHERE they are
jennifera
wtf.. stop loss makes sense and tattoos don't?

sorry to hear and hope you & your family are well
