| In Giant We Trust to keep up with the economy and bring in the Killer DJ's! LA gets the best DJ's non-Ibiza season. |

Even if they're presales, Presales were usually a lot more.
I think reality is hitting them right now. A lot of people aren't going out as much because they simply can't afford it. Club prices for EDM shows were getting out of hand. |

Presales are the best! Hard Tickets ftw
Saved me big time last week in Miami. With the hard tickets we didn't have to pay the premium door price nor did we have to wait in line...the security would try to make us wait, but the doorman behind him would open the rope for us! :toocool:
I don't do lines! |

| They have to in this economy. The upsale of alcohol to a bigger crowd due to lower entry fee is more beneficial than having a smaller turnout and getting money at the frontend. Getting them in for cheap the club goer will be more apt to spending that money they saved at the door. Another reason is that club going is viral, if Person A sees that $15 is a good price to see Dubfire, they will tell Person B C and D about it, and all those people who saved on entry will then be more likely spend the money they saved, at the bar. In a bad economy, its good business, since it works out for everyone. When is Dubfire night? |

If prices keep going down, that means booking bigger talent is becoming cheaper. Which it also means it will be feasible for new promoters to begin doing events. This can be a good thing because competition will start popping up and we won't be restricted to the big 2... Avalon & Vanguard.

factor in $20 for parking and $50 minimum bar card charge and they might as well let you in for free and it's still a rip off
edit: for vanguard, that is |

Both of those can be avoided. Bring cash, and get there early and park on the street. |

| Pardon me, but haven't they always been $10-15-20 for early advance presales for the last... 3 years or so? |

OC? Ya, he does have a valid point! Only DJ's I've seen starting off higher have been Tiesto, Armin and Sinclar. |
