got a question for all you trance headz out there,
question 1) If Armin, Ferry, PvD and Tiesto are all playing on the same night but at different venues, which one would you go see?
question 2) Same as before but with A&B, Eddie Halliwel, ATB and C. Law?
question 1 are the big dawgs of trance while question 2, the DJ varies a little bit more in style (me thinks) |

...neither of them seem to play at clubs in LA anymore, only massives...and the massive playlists are usually not so massive... |

1. Armin or Tiesto.
2. A&B or ATB
I'll break it down further. (even though I take house DJ's over these guys in Ibiza, Vegas, LA or Miami now)
Armin is more melodic, similar to flying though clouds.
Tiesto starts off progressive, a lil house, then gets trancy and lately a deep trancy. Def not what was playing 4+ years back.
next
A&B. Love when they drop tracks like - Air for life. The year I caught em they dropped this tune always. (my last second battery video from Ibiza)

I'd see ATB, cuz I feel he is OG. First tracks that ever pulled me in to this genre were by him. 9 pm etc.
So there...oh if you really like Tiesto and Armin, check out more of my youtube vids from years ago, I used to catch it all. Guess I just grew out, or the LA trance crowd scared me away. I'm still down for a trance set in the car. |

1. Ferry Corsten hands down. If he was playing in SF even more down! he has nothing but superb sets when he goes to SF. not so good in LA.
2. Eddie Halliwell. need i say more? the energy he brings on stage is insane. |

A&B has been dropping a lot of sleepers whenever i check them out in LA. I can only remember some parts that are good in their sets.
