:wtf: The scene where he screams "So it's not gonna be easy. It's gonna be really hard. We're gonna have to work at this every day, but I want to do that because I want you. I want all of you, for ever, you and me, every day. Will you do something for me, please? Just picture your life for me? 30 years from now, 40 years from now? What's it look like? If it's with him, go. Go! I lost you once, I think I can do it again. If I thought that's what you really wanted. But don't you take the easy way out."
:( :wtf: :( |
No, see, that's a really moving part, but that's not the part that makes me lose it. It's the end, where she finally remembers him, then forgets and freaks out, and it becomes clear to you that he does the exact same thing every day; reads that story to her, gets her to remember it, has five seconds of a wonderful feeling with her before she forgets again and freaks out and tells him to off because he's creepy and doesn't know her.
The guy has never left her side once (well, except when they were young) and isn't even really "admitted" at that home for any good reason. Yet he stays there, puts up with doctors who tell him to off, relives the story of his relationship every day and goes through the feeling of his own wife screaming at him like that just for five or ten seconds of love and she even asks, "How long do I have?" before slipping away again.
Then when he lays down with her and, right before they both fall asleep and die, she remembers him again.
ing tears me apart every time. |

i'd have to go with romeo & juliet. lol the modern one with leo dicaprio & claire danes. the part where they see each other for the first time through the fish tank and then they follow each other around and kiss and stuff. it was more like happy tears. when they first catch each other's eyes...nevermind i'm just going to stfu right now before i really embarrass myself:stongue:

you cried to this:

last time I re-watched Tim Barton's "Big Fish" and prior to that - while watching Philadelphia featuring Tom Hanks, and re-watching Forrest Gump for the millionth time, also some anime got my eyes watery, namely Chobits, Clannad, Honey & Clover etc.
