| I'm just happy that Shogun beat up Liddell. BTW, did anyone catch the trance song Shogun came out to?? :D It's a song caned by Armin the last few years, but the named totally slipped my mind. Put a smile on my face tho haha! |

He's not DJ, he's a fighter and it takes two to fight. What's he supposed to do when his opponent is playing a completely defensive game, and flopping to the ground every time he comes at him? It was a ty match-up of styles, and if anyone is to blame it would have to be weak middle-weight division or Joe Silva for setting up a match.
On a personal note, I thought the fight was entertaining in a way, we got to see the Anderson that the UFC tries so hard to hide.

I went, and i had a good time, although the best fights were on the undercard. (which i hear where not shown.)
Meh, free tickets, free booze made it a good night. Dana white needs to learn to book better fights.
maybe i'll post up some vids later, the crowd gave chuck a nice going away ovation. |

I really enjoyed my time in MTL. I agree the last fight was a total bs. It was so boring, and many people actually left...We stayed till the end, but Silva really disappointed me. The best fight was Liddel vs. Rua...Everyone was super excited, and I think that was the highlight of the whole event...There were also a few really good fights, but I have never heard of these fighters before...Also, I can't believe Joe Rogan asked Lidell if it was his last fight...boo
