He is seriously a douche lol. I hate his commenting. He exaggerates everything so much! I hate that kid. And he thinks he's all that since he's the main UFC announcer.

Ah well.

I wanted to see the Dennis Kang fight, but unfortunately it wasn't on the main card. I did find it though as the some Korean channel (of course lol) broadcasted the undercards!

It's like "So, what was going on through your head as you saw him fall, and you started bashing his head in with whatever you could?"

He's not DJ, he's a fighter and it takes two to fight. What's he supposed to do when his opponent is playing a completely defensive game, and flopping to the ground every time he comes at him? It was a ty match-up of styles, and if anyone is to blame it would have to be weak middle-weight division or Joe Silva for setting up a match.

On a personal note, I thought the fight was entertaining in a way, we got to see the Anderson that the UFC tries so hard to hide.

I suppose I meant that the Anderson Silva FIGHT put me to sleep. He was actually pretty entertaining, punching the guy in the leg and . What a tool opponent, I totally agree.

Indeed the Silva fight was strange... It was painful to watch.

....but "The Polish Experiment" kicked some major ass! WOOO!

does anyone know what the hell happened to Loiseau?

he seemed to have lost all his confidence

good to see denis kang score a win

the Stout-Wiman fight was good.

The Crow has lost the killer instinct.

In all of his recent fights, he's been tentative and reactive instead of pushing the fight. The guy has heart (anyone who could endure the beating Franklin gave him for the whole fight sure does), but he seems done. Herman is a b-level fighter and the old Loiseau probably would have tooled him.

I don't blame Silva for this fight...I more blame Leites. You have to take the title from the champ. Flopping on the ground is not 'taking the title'...it's admitting that "I can't stand with you and I'm incapable of taking you down by a shoot or by clinch, so please please please follow me to the ground".

pathetic.

can't blame Silva. He's a BJJ black belt, but Leites is a BJJ world champ...big difference.

If he followed and got subbed...people would jump off the bandwagon, call him overrated, blah blah. He won...and he decisively won on the scorecards.

Dana is pissing and moaning because the fight wasn't "exciting" and his buddy Chuck got KTFO on the same card. Dana is upset that oneof his his biggest PPV draws is likely to retire and the other one has had two "boring" performances.

in Silva's shoes, I'd say " you, Dana...I won the fight, didn't I"

If you watch Silva's previous fights, you'll see that he lonh has been a bit of a counterpuncher (just like Chuck, I might add). He's not a super aggressive stalker, chasing his opponent from the start. He feels out his opponent, lets him engage and when he's done 'playing', he tools him.

Matching Anderson up against pure BJJ guys or strikers who won't engage him is a disaster. Maia is a contender and an even more decorated BJJ champ than Leites...that match will be even worse for KO-expecting fans to watch.

future? if GSP beats Alves, they should let him move up to fight Anderson. GSP walks around at or above 185 anyway, so it would not be a big deal to move up in to MW to fight him. GSP will engage and will not flop, lol.

I'm going to ask my grandparents if I'm related to him. From what I can tell, we have from the same Kang bloodline!

PS. I was reading a post interview with Dana White.

Anyways, he was talking how it was a very very slim change, but there was a possibility of a Silva vs. St-Pierre fight in Toronto in 2010 lol

St-Pierre would have to defend his belt successfully against Alves, Silva would have to win a fight as a Welterweight, and the Canadian Boxing Association (or whatever its called) would have to lift the ban on UFC in Ontario lol

But if all that happens..who knows!
