Today, I just booked a 5 day vacation to Vegas... hotel and airfare from Toronto was only $535 CDN ($440 USD). It was a steal! I'll be adding a rental car on top of that.

Just an hour ago, I also just booked a ticket to be on "The Price is Right" on Tuesday the 28th. I always wanted to be on that show since I was a kid!

Can you please explain that sentence to me? I don't understand it.

So much of the world still to see.. First we're going on a long camping weekend in two weeks or so. This summer we'll probably drive to Italy to go camping for a few weeks. Plans are being made for a bigger trip next year, we're looking at Costa Rica at the moment.

When I've travelled, that's one of the things I seem to notice. Americans often like to be shown around or stick to the beaten track, while other nationalities just tend to go out and look. You shouldn't be afraid of exploring a foreign country, no more than just going for a walk anywhere in America and seeing what's around the corner. Discovering things for yourself is part of the joy of travel

While I haven't really been anywhere, when I was in Toronto at the end of 2007, I never went to any of the touristy places. I walked around the city for half my time there. It was fantastic even though it was the middle of winter. So +1 on that.

Also, while I enjoyed going on my own to Toronto, I wish I had someone with me. It just makes it more enjoyable for those times when you aren't with the locals.

I was going to head to Vegas but decided on Dominican at the end of the month. $800 CDN for a week all inclusive....can't complain...besides...they have a casino there so at least I will get my gambling fix.

Me and my friends are planning a vacation to either Ibiza or Berlin when we finish high school....2 years from now.

sh!t, I was looking at that one too! So hard deciding all this last week. These packages were coming and going fast on the last-minute-deal sites. An agent I spoke too said they go quickly because of all the people with Conquest found themselves without vacations, and booking all the last minute deals. I think I backed out of the Dominican deal because of this single traveller surcharge.

Wow dude, you explored a city where you look, speak and live exactly the same way as the inhabitants do...all by yourself! You must be really proud.
