Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying he should get away with it...but the methods the cops followed to gather evidence didn't seem to be transparent. They basically got the girl to call him and lie about certain things causing him to pwn himself even more. Unless the girl was indeed pregnant and I missed it. :nervous: |

rape is just stage one, if he is put in a unit with with other inmates. he might be slayed just like that.
my brother used to work as a prisonguard some years back and he told me once that they received an inmate who was sentanced for armed robbery but had been convicted of raping a child and then was released. and they had to move him to a seperate unit because word got out of his prior convictions. |

well i was reading the police report because that is alot of what i do, i actually thought it was kind of funny and to some extent thought the officers sense of humor was distastefull but funny at the same time, reffering to his penis being errect . thats like dumb, information beyond information.
anyway so i was checking out the police report and saw the phone thing going on, u know the bitch has got to have a cell phone to play with them bitches in the first place, so he was intentionally set up by the girl, telling a therapist is one thing, fileing a police report is another, the police are there to help and use biometrics to gather information like a database, he just used authentification methods to get the dude to basically put his hand on the door to jail, expecially with all the talk about abortion, so up untill that time he had never technically done anything wrong untill he was recorded, im certain that they would need a court order to even get a specimen sample wich means he would have to have turned himself in.
plus he could have even denyed he was on the phone in the first place, there cannot be two of the same people. so in case u ever wanted to know the laws of sex and rape then there u go. |
