Meh. I don't think it's very fair. It's hard to tell how old some girls are these days, and if she lied to him and told him she was 16, what was he to do? Typically 16 year olds don't really have ID, so then what? Should he ask her parents how old she is? Where do you draw the line?
He didn't know it was statutory and she was consenting (I assume). I hope the stupid little slut has karma come after her ten-fold for this because now a young and seemingly nice guys (from what has been said) life is totally ed.
It's stupid. There needs to be some type of protection for people when this happens.
Don't get me wrong. I don't think it's ok for a 23 year old guy to sleep with a 13 year old girl. The whole thing is ed up. |

also didn't the girl's cheerleading uniform have the name of her school on it? i don't know much about cheerleading uniforms but they typically have the school name and if he is from that area and went to school around there he should have put two and two together. |

well judging by his looks, he probably hasn't gotten much action in his lifetime and is/was a little desperate. if some little slut lies about her age and flaunts it in front of him, it's gonna be hard (no pun intended:p).
