ps- i was 23 when i got married and 24 when i had my first. part of me wishes i had waited a bit longer to have kids and enjoyed more of my 20's but most of me is grateful i did this in my prime seeing as having kids is alot of work.

I've hit some pretty rough patches in the marriage but we've both been committed to working them out and it's served us well.

Cool, I dunno bout kids, we love kids an would love a little one running round but I think financially it would be too much, few more years.

why would you think we think you're a loser? I have the up most respect for ppl who have kids because if done right, takes a great commitment in time and money, in addition to the love, patients and work need to raise them proper. Friends have told me the strain of it can break a marriage up if both ppl aren't ready for the sacrifices. Its human nature to always think of what if I did this instead of that how might life might have been better.

Clearly you've lost faith in God's blessing on your marriage.

Where there is need, He shall see fit to make your burdens your blessings.

Erm, wrong.
Though yes, "with god all things are possible",you're failing to see that God won't simply bless any actions a person takes. Otherwise we would never need to think of consequences to our actions. We need to act wisely and correctly to our personal circumstances.

maybe i'm wrong but sometimes i feel like i'm painted with a different brush.. i could be way off here :p

and i see where eddie is going with this (lol) but God aside, take it from me.. there is never a convenient time to have kids.. financially etc. i mean if you can't pay your bills you should probably wait.

If there was no God, there would be no reason for one to follow correct action, blasphemer! It is through His Divine Presence in our humble lives that His guidance may be properly observed. Read the Book of James and make yourself right with the Lord.

You commit the sin of being double-minded about this matter and surely, if you are not to correct your ways, you will be found wanting not simply for not having procreated throughout your blessed union, but for creating an opening where s***n will influence you unduly.

A sin is for Jesus to judge and his alone. But lo! You hath taken it upon yourself to judge what is right and moral; leaving very little for our Lord to discern, haven't ye?! And what is faith without leaping into the great beyond without regard for present circumstances. You shouldn't be married were such consideration given to your present union!

You make nonsense.
Top bit don't make sense.
And yes, I am not to judge sin.
But I'm not judging sin. I'm judging myself and my limitations. Which i am perfectly capable of doing. And it is my right to do so.

2 Corinthians 4:3

But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing, 4 whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them.

Oh, He certainly gave you free will, but only because He want your fear of Him to be truer!
