| Born on the east coast, lived a decade in T.O., and now a resident of Ottawa. It has a "boring" wrap in terms of nightlife (which is justified, but with Montreal and T.O. so close you can go there for the weekend if you need a jolt), but the OVERALL quality of life in Ottawa is incredible. |

The people who wrote the article were paid! Vancouver is pretty expensive to live.... and they also have heroin clinics in certain areas because of the influx of drug problems.

What's the deal with everyone?!?! I love this city!!! It's a GREAT place to live with so much heritage and future development. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else in North America :)
And someone tell me why Winnipeg is on the list? Doesn't it have the highest crime rate in Canada? |
