Canada day?

**ok swampmonsta, dont flame me for this thread.....**
BUT I am thinking of coming up Canada day, and need to put in my vaca request soon......does anyone know of anything going on that weekend (or is it a weekday from what I recall??)
I know the event section doesnt go up that far in date, so hopefully I can get more info by asking?? have to plan soon, so thanks in advance!

| It's a weekday...a Wednesday actually so the parties would be Tuesday night. I know that Lawler and Dubfire are confirmed for the Guv party so far....that's about all I can help ya with. ;) |

| Kelly...I say YES...b/c if I had to pick ONE weekend to be in Toronto in the summer it would be Canada Day. Due to this, I have already book vacation off, and WILL 100% be in Toronto Canada Day :) |

lol i might come just cuz you are there LOL. I need to have a little bit more of a reason, especially if its mid-week....eek! What else is there to do if I came up....say...saturday-wednesday or something? |

Reason being? I dunno....it's CANADA DAY! lol And I'm a proud Canadian. Also, b/c by July, it's always nice weather, the sunrise sets are always a good time, and lots of friends are usually out (which is a big plus for me since I can't venture to Toronto as frequently).
Saturday before or after Canada day? I'm in school over the summer in the States, and we're only allowed a certain number of absences. I can tell you right now that I plan on being there from the 30th (Tuesday) - 5th (Sunday). So come the weekend after Canada Day! lol |

The weekend before Canada Day will be the end of Pride week so there will be a lot of Pride parties and the parade and street party. It's always a good time whether you are gay or straight or in between.
I also know Richie is suppose to be in Toronto around Canada Day (he's at Piknic on the 28th). |
