Is it really that hard to buy vinyl and rip it? lol
elFreak
the answer is not hard at all:)

the best thing about perlon is even most pirates are too lazy to do it meaning awesome.

same goes with diamonds and pearls.

this release is good:)
elFreak
also having serato is epic win.

Diamonds and Pearls is on Beatport :o

Perlon is a great label, I'm really glad my record store carries their pre-release stuff. I just wish it wasn't so far :(

ps
Serato blows, do yourself a favor and get Traktor :D

This is a pretty sweet track :)

The bassline reminds me of this terrible rap song from like 2-3 years ago though :stongue:

Well, considering A) My vinyl decks are currently broken and being used as drinks tables in my friends house, and B) ripping it to vinyl would mean hearing the annoying pops, clicks and hiss that a digital release would remove, then yes, it really is that hard.

The best part for me is the eerie vocal sample that comes in around the 5:30 mark, stuck in my head since the first listen.

Yeah, lame excuse, this music is worth the effort ;)

As for the pops and clicks, just get some nice needles and groove glide.

Plus you can rip into wav and get that nice warm sound.

That's not trainwrecking, it's Traktor eating my memory :stongue:

Yeah I know that Beatport's digital releases can be a bit far behind. They're only on Mojuba 009 or 010...I think I've got up to 014 on vinyl :wtf:

i was just keeding.:p

i learned something new today at least:)

i already have what i wanted that is on beatport though, but i will keep my eyes peeled and hope that they can save me a few bucks eventually.

i remember Zip (perlon label head) saying in an interview that he had 0 interest in releasing perlon digitally. I have to find it.

ps: no memory troubles here and i'm not even using mac like you.

i thought it just worked?:p
