there are basically 2 kinds of staining
1) Intrinsic staining : caused by intake of antibiotics at a very young age , this one is a bitch only veneers or intrapulpar bleaching can fix the staining .
2) Extrinsic staining: caused by food , cigarretes , dark softdrinks , etc,
If you want a fast result but just do it once in a while because it can wear off your enamel really bad, smothered baking soda plus very little hydrogen peroxide onto your teeth and brush them for 3 minutes.
You only have to do the front part of your 6 anterior upper and lower teeth ( total ) since those are ones that show the most when you smile.
whatever you do denys don't do those home bleaching kits they sell at a convenience store because those can give an awful tooth sensitivity.
Those bleaching toothpaste have microabrassives an like frenchie said they will up your enamel

I know people who had teeth that shattered in their gum when the dentist tried to pull them out, and they certainly didn't tell me " your teeth, they don't last." So what have you got worse than that? |

Actually hots and colds are not a mayor issue around that age because the nerve inside the tooth ( pulp chamber ) shrinks causing this to have a thicker isolation barrier to hots and colds, what is really an issue specially for women is the constant resorption of the bone that surrounds the tooth ( periodontum ) giving the tooth mobility and eventually causing the tooth to fall. :( |
