I quit both coffee & dropped down to three cigarettes a day + whitening toothpaste. Teeth are visibly whiter in 1 week. :conf:
It's the coffee that stains the most I think. I cut caffeine for the past 3 weeks, my teeth look fantastic :) |

| yup, I noticed the more caffeine I drank, the more I crashed. Then one day I almost passed out driving home, so I wondered if I could go all day without caffeine if it would make a difference. First two days sucked - but since then, I've got energy the entire day, and I've been sleeping better. Worked for me! Only on the weekends now :) |

i've been using that whitening toothpaste for YEARS now and i have not seen any results.
then again, almost every thoothpaste nowawdays has some kind of "WHITENING MAGIC" in it; so its all just a ing scam bull. |

however, on the contrary, who knows, maybe its been keeping my teeth as status quo - they could be browner if i hadn't been using it. but its not like a drink a load of coffee/dark cola/smoke cigarettes.
in fact, i don't smoke; and only recently have i started drinking coffee on a daily basis. |
