lol. actually, i got an estimate this morning and it's 1600 in damages.
the whole hood needs to be replaced, painted and blended with the rest of the car. the part itself is only 250 bucks but the painting and blending, headlamp readjusting add up to tons of labour costs. which could have been avoided if the guy just owned up to his mistake and fixed it. |

i am sorry but in this case, this is just the biggest bunch of bull i ever read.
the only lesson here is to never trust anyone with anything. and to fix the problem all you can do is take it up the ass from people because they have tons of lawyers in their pocket and you got nothing but a 1600 dollar repair on your hands.
i don't trust the courts to do the right thing, i don't trust the guy to do the right thing and basically people in general are made to take advantage of situations and not take the blame for their actions if they have a chance at it. |
