My favourite is eating raw fish & sushi! mmmm!!! :p
I love raw tuna, salmon, oysters....yummy! I love fine dinning with a glass of fine red wine & the Beau;) ....my absolute favourite!
The weirdest meal I have ever had is Ethiopian food. Was a cool experience, however. |

thats teh wierd part abotu it. when its cook it look like a rotten piece of green veggie. I preferred PHO, one of the best noodles i have ever tasted. so good yet so tempting |

Sushi is my favorite food!
(i agree, urchin is nasty)
But here's some other weird things I've eaten:
Squid
Octopus
Baby octopus salad
Snails
Shark
Alligator
Kangaroo
Frog
Turtle
Kieshka (congealed blood, rice, and spices)
Rattle snake
Jellyfish
Eel
Rabbit
Cow tongue
Ants...

when i had squid...i was very little, and thought it was cheese. when my parents told me it was squid, i cried. |

I've eaten Sheep balls (testicles), liver (which is pretty good), alligator (not bad, chicken-like), birds (like there fellow ducks), and what else.....oh, and sheep intestines (ofcourse they have to be cleaned thoroughly first, it's just like sausage skin).
I don't eat anything raw.... i'd prefer not too.
But personally, i don't enjoy eating strange foods, i'd rather stick to the normal diets, only for a change would i venture into the unknown.

Once a long time ago, we had a dog, and we were on vacation in germany. We had some Philipino workers that were supposed to take care of the dog, but when we came back, they had eaten him.
I was too small to even remember the poor dog...:p
My parents told me that when they visited in thailand, they saw restaurants that served live monkey brains. They had a hole in the middle of the table, where they would place the living monkey, and then keep just his head above the table, then they would cut open the monkey's head, and the people would get their spoons and start eating from the brain....
Pretty freaky :p |

i have eaten pig's blood, cow intestines, fish brains, pig ears, duck and chicken baby eggs, chicken feet, pork feet, snails among others..
my mom has eaten : field mice, horse shoe crab, jellyfish
my dad has eaten: all of the above and also geckos, iguanas, snake, squirrels among others
and yes i am asian..hahahha.. |
