Silence - dj tiesto remix..why so big? (pg. 2)

| airscape remix was boring, sounded like a typical dance track ud hear ion the radio, wasnt really trance. tiesto made it one of the biggest tracks ever. Davinox sumed it up the same as i would, masterfull piece and tiesto said it was his favourite choon to date. probably one of the greatest remixes ever, all 11 + minutes of it, pure bliss. and twig, there is no right answer, its personal preference, but if you cant even give credit where its due and a least appreciate it, i dont think youll be respected on this board. Well done tiesto, fade, airscape. peace. |

| i have to agree with twig, the fade mix is so good, it has this neat tranqulizing effect on me, next thing i know im asleep. |

| Oh come on ... Tiesto's remix is one of uplifting trance's defining moments ... it still sends a shiver down my spine whenever I listen to it ... if you don't immediately rush the dance floor with a huge ear to ear grin as soon as you hear it then you need help. |

| Original (from the Karma album, 1997) is by far the best of the gang.. As for the remixes, I find that both Oakenfold and Airscape mixes to be much better than Tiesto... Basicly, Tiesto destroyed the original song for me, in a way (even though Oak's remix dates from back 97)... :p |

i dunno, i like both the airscape and tiesto remixes
the airscape remix is nice and soft and the tiesto remix is uplifting and happy [and a great starting tune too for the long synths intro which i thought was a right treat :)] |

Fade remix was done a year before tiesto mix
it got support from Sasha, Digweed, Oakey, PvD, John 00 etc etc
it done all the hard work for this track..
and if the fade remix had not been done... do you think tiesto would have gone near it ? :haha: no way..
Fade mix is 'better' but....
some people just prefer nice happy trance with the same old sound!
