Hate to ask.....but I need help with re-creating a sound

First, my apologies. I know that we have had way too many of these recently. I wouldn't ask but it is of high importance to pre-produce this sound. I would heavily prefer to do it with subtractive synthesis. Settings or the actual patch itself would be absolutely amazing. If at all possible, please only send your results via PM or my email ([email protected]) - This is for an actual project.... Thanks guys :) - It sounds fairly basic to create, but I am just not good at hearing something and creating it.
Trying to recreate the following....it is from TasteXperience's Summersault tune.
Comes in at 5 seconds and again at 12 seconds. Sounds to me like it wouldn't be too difficult to create.

| post a sample. im not sure which version, is it the phased out wind/wave/whitenoise -stuff? i dont remember the track that good either. |

| i have no idea how to make that flute sorry. it could be flute preset of some synth though, its old you know and the presets on older synth where good. |
