...well not all. But imagine a "The Stand"-like scenario, where 99,9% or so die. If you are one of the few ones who are immune, what would you do? How do you think it would all turn out? De-evolution, rebuilding, Randy Flagg killing all the good ones?
And do you, like me, think it would be totally awesome to witness the downfall of the entire human civilization?
