Kinda late notice but Moby and Holy Ghost are doing a set together at the Museum of Natural History's - Rose Center for Earth Space & Science.
You know the deal.
Get in - free planetarium shows with beer & wine for sale. Always some of the best times there (Matthew Dear, Simian Mobile Disco)
Anyways - 2 other dudes are also playing Martin Moscrop, and Activaire DJs.
Holy Ghost & Moby should be awesome music and perfect vibe for the Museum! The music is so cutesy :)

25$ but you get all the perks of the museum.
The planetarium show is free.. you get to roam around the big bang room.. etc..
(usually u have to pay for the planet-arium show)/SP reference !
it's 25$ - beers are like 6 or 7 bucks if i recall. It's just a fun little place and you get to come back to the museum for free :) |

I did - had a fuking blast!
Moby played a very similar set to his DEMF Mainstage closing set in 2008. He closed with the same song - only difference was Born Slippy was his Encore at the Museum.
Moby packed the place OUT!
I got pics when I go home - will post em. You gotta see the crowd in the museum - was just nuts.
Oooh and they showed Sonic Vision (the plaentarium show where the music is mixed by Moby)
I have seen 3 plaetarium shows so far and Sonic Vision is by far the best fuking one. It is intense. Lol @ the raving robots w/ glowsticks! That is defintiely a must see if it is playing at the next one step beyond. |
