I'm pretty introverted.
But I can get over it because I know I need to and I actually enjoy meeting new people.
I basically just need my alone time at certain points. |

I think that that's a blanket statement. It might but I really doubt it. Just look at how many incredibly social people have gigantic superiority complexes. |

I do, enough to know that it's easily confused with confidence. I am pretty confident about psychology, especially introversion. Now if you asked me to fix a car, I'd be the first to tell you I couldn't do it if my life depended on it. There are a lot of things I don't know, and when they come up, I ask someone who does.
Superiority complexes usually occur in people who have significant inadequacy issues which they are overcompensating for. It's pretty rare to see them in people who are comfortable with themselves. I think that's pretty much common knowledge though. |

| "Introversion" isn't the same thing as feeling shy, desperate, and lonely but inwardly craving social interaction. An introverted person simply doesn't want to be social for the most part, and doesn't feel bad about that. |
