yeah both are carbs but it's not like you have to eat everything they give you. moderation is the key and since i like both i generally eat both with my meal.

indian food is my favorite apart from japanese.

get the spinach with goat cheese with the naan. i think its called palak paneer i cant remember.
ALL lentils & curry are good^FTW.

u should really try it, i always go there when im at love or some where in that area. its great after alcohol food as well.
