i want a huge plate right now with spicy yogurt sauce.
i usually stick to veg dishes because they tend to be a tad more authentic (indians = some of the best veg cooking in the world imo) and most indians are mostly dirty and bad meat makes fire poops:p.
a few other fav =
begun bhaji (eggplant curry with tomatoes)
Chana masala (chick pea, onion, vegetable ghee and chat masala)
Sag aloo bhaji (potato and spinach curry.)
shahi paneer (paneer cooked with butter, fresh cream, sultana raisins and almonds.)
they also make this awesome caramel flan/pudding for dessert but i forget what it is called.
