I don't know if it's the annoying way that Waldorf has been stalling and trying to make us think that it was just about done for the last 3 months, or the less-than-impressive mp3 demos that I've been hearing over on KVR, but my interest in this synth is waning. I may pick it up some day if/when it actually hits the stores, but I no longer have plans to rush out and buy it as soon as it's released. With Waldorf's track record, I can't imagine that they're going to work out the initial bugs very quickly, so I may just take a wait-and-see attitude to see how many problems it has and how long it takes for the initial update before taking the plunge myself.
Besides, Tone2 just released an upgdate for Gladiator 2 last week and an optional expansion today, which includes 300 new sounds, add-on features/FX, new skins, etc. - that will keep me happy for several weeks, at least. ;) |

Kvr says in the news section that it was released..... so whats up with that?
Alanzo, I know it was discussed, I have mentioned it before in other threads also, I just noticed on kvr that it said it was released, now I am curious to what is going on. I want to hear a demo, I don't know if it will be good, but, I like the Waldorf sound usually. |
