wow i'm getting old. 4 beers and 7 cigs on a work night and i felt like this morning when i woke up!
now i remember why i never go out much anymore... especially in Milwaukee. smoking bans are awesome and i can't wait to live in a city/state that has one. |

i quit drinking for a month for diet purposes, and am going to put my resolve to the test by going to a bar to watch my gf play and drinking nothing but becks non alcohol. It seems like a travesty to pay 5 bucks for a soda pop. May allah be with me.
i wish i could quit smoking, but i am just not ready yet (i am a heavy smoker) |

i slept like last night... woke up at 3am with the worst pain in all the joints in my left arm, and it didn't go away until i finally got out of bed at 9am and took some Aleve. there's no reason for like that!
btw Jay do you have that demotivational poster you made with Bobby's picture that said "if you post reply he will you"?
i told him about that last night and we were cracking up... he wants to see it. PM it to me plz. |

i am getting an ambien script tomorrow, because even though i am not an everyday hardcore drinker, i like to have a nightcap. Since i stopped sleep is not easy to come by. |
