ok so im nearly finished a trance track and want to add some good energetic acid to give the track more drive .. I have a virus ti and have been using the basic 303 type acid sound and automating the filter cut off ... the only prob is, im lookin a diff sound something like the sound used by sean tyas in the clip below
the acid sound starts at 4.40 ... sounds like a flanger on it but you can hear the awsome acid sound in the background
any help would be great ... Thanks !

at that exact part there are two acid lines so its kinda hard knowing which one u mean. Sound like BP12 filter instead of the normal LP24.

How to Make LSD
Sandoz held the patent on LSD until 1963 and stopped making it shortly afterward. The company claimed that it was concerned about a lack of regulation and the inaccurate information being perpetuated about the drug. That sound you're talking about is some sort of FM sound with a fairly resonant highpass filter being swept up. At a guess.

yes thats what I thought it was .. someone else suggested this on another forum to me ! can you suggest any good synths mate that produces FM sound ... the high pass filter bit should be easy enough to do ?

yes thats another great example .. when i say acid, I only use that term because I dont know what the sound is !, so thats the best way i can discribe it !
