I would totally disagree. LA has a lot more to offer than most places in the US. Lots of diversity, job opportunities, etc. The list goes on.

Do either of the following 2 things.
1_ Find the purpose of your life in about 20 mins: Steve Pavlina Blog. You can browse around the blog. It's actually quite good.
2_ Read Richard Dawkin's God Delusion
We, especially as children, are predisposed to finding a purpose for everything. (See: Teleology) And this predisposition continues in the adulthood. It starts with seeing shapes in clouds and then moves on to seeing the white bearded man in the clouds. Is there really a purpose for everything ? If you interpret the anthropic principles as Darwin has done, you will see that it is quite possible that life began by chance and matured through evolution. If you cannot ascribe a purpose to why life began, why do you want to ascribe a purpose to the actual process of living?

| Unless you've found a way to extend your life expectancy to 100, this is definitely not a quarter life crisis. It's more like a 1/3 life crisis. Once you've accepted this, the path to healing will be opened to you. |

| Going through a bit of this myself at 23. This coupled with seemingly all of my friends "growing up" has made it a pretty depressing year. |
