damnnnnn you like OD posted this everywhere LOL. I got two different threads on facebook from you, too. haha!
whats the big deal? some DJ's produce, some dont. As long as they give credit, and we hear good music, I have never cared.
the only thing that would make me mad is some kid who doesnt know saying "oh....so-n-so doesnt produce " and maybe put doubts on a REAL Dj's reputation, especially if it werent true. Im not very appreciative of threads started based on hear-say. facts or STFU!!:rolleyes: |

I'm posting this on the other thread :p MAAAAAN, Ferry could've been nr. 1 if these guys in the top 10 were really known as fakers :P Us as up and coming producers compare ourselves to people who don't really produce. |

I doubt they are ALL fakers. Maybe some are, maybe some arent.
Its probably a good idea to get FACTS over hearsay, though, before you start writing down names and posting it publicly.
Saying "I got it from a good source" doesnt mean jack .....I have heard that a thousand times in this industry, between the DJ's, stuff going on at clubs, VIP , Production, parties, etc etc.....rumors are exactly that....RUMORS. |

one of the tiest threads in md; no need to replicate it here.
big name djs produce tracks collaboratively with engineers, technicians, other producers, et al. everyone gets paid. depending on the contracts, credits may or may not be accorded in liner notes. this is "news" worthy of t.nu... |
