get the patch. it helps. i quit almost 3 months ago, after 10 years...

i remember smoking for a year...
it was horrible and i ran out of fags, so i stopped straight away
now im stuck with yellow teeth and fag burns on my thumb
but i get by, listening to trance and chillin :D
or just go out and walk around with some m8s or whatever, find summin to do and u'll never get bored and crave for fags :) |

one of mym teachers , some dude who used to be some hippy acid trip fokker, still smoked after he quit hard drugs and now his teeth are small and brownish, like chocolate chicklets and .. he spends a load on his likw 2 pack a day habit, is always short of breath, and is likely going to die soon... but he was a great guy tho, i enjoted his class... |

Seriously though, I just quit too...same reason as Vivid Boy, plus the fact that someone that I really care about wants me to quit...so yeah...stupid government...8.50 for a in king-size large du maurier...lol, yeah, how about I buy that pack and stick it up some politicians ass? (actually, if I somehow wasted that much on a pack, I'd savor every single drag)... |

Gave up for a month until this Friday, then I gave into my urges. It's not really that I couldn't give up, more I didn't really want to.
