The name is Convention.
The first is 101. the next will be 202. you can see where this is going, no? :P
Convention is going to grow into a conference/music festival.
The definition of Convention is Rule. Method. Practice.
Each of those will have a component as part of the annual event. Right now we are focusing on the Rule (which is the "why" of the event - a cultural mission statement) and the Practice (which is the "how" of being involved - by DANCING of course).
The method part will be revealed later - and is the conference piece.
