Interviewing Tom Colontonio !
View this Thread in Original format

OK... so I've been asked to interview Tom Colontonio at his hotel later today. I'm getting more and more nervous as I've never interviewed anyone before. Outside the fact that I could totally this up, any of you Colontonio fans want to know anything that I could ask him. His agent already told me that he's not been to Canada, let alone Toronto, so I guess there's a couple of good questions in there. Does this guy totally deliver? I looked at some of his YouTube videos and it seems he'll be awesome to listen to for sure. I can't wait for him AND Yoji tonight ! !

Yours truly,
Nervous Wreck... LOL.

ask him to play his remix of seven cities :)

no but seriously good luck. He is right up there at the top of the trance game at the moment.

I heard from Barry Rooke (DJ Ampz) that he's a pretty cool guy. Barry was telling me that he and Tom were boozing it up and getting drunk in Miami. Yup... sounds like a cool dude, LOL.

hehe stop worrying, he is a friend from NYC/Philly and he is totally a nice guy!

He just came back from a 2-week Aussie tour, why dont you ask how that went?

Please please PLEASE do a little bit of research beforehand, ask some *real* questions as opposed to ego-stroking / flattery questions.

MAN I ing hate those.

I doubt you'll meet a DJ that is more easy going than Tom. Which is great in ur case since it's your first interview. There is a whole group of them arriving in Toronto, including his wife, friends etc... he is an awesome DJ/producer imo and an even better guy, feel free to ask whatever.

What are you interviewing him for???

And ask him what he thinks of minimal in a big club...

For Amplified Radio. I was asked to fill in for Barry Rooke, as he told me he can't make it due to another engagement.
