Does anyone use it anymore? Do they still teach it in elementary schools??

I still use it on occasion. I have nice handwriting. :)

Oh man no. I stopped after 5th grade. And I remember in 3rd grade all the teachers were like "YOU MUST WRITE LIKE THIS FOREVER OR COME HIGH SCHOOL YOUR SOUL WILL BE ABSORBED" and then I get to high school and they tell us to print.

Lol yeah it was such a huge deal. I remember some kids getting mad for having ty handwriting.

I got told once I was writing like a serial killer because I wrote in print but would loop the ends of my y's and g's like they were cursive and my 10th grade English teacher said that it showed signs of serial killer/psychotic tendencies.

Later that year she got hit in the face by the corner of a picture frame when she tried to adjust it on the wall.

She bled. A lot. And refused to go to the clinic so she just put her head down and slept for the rest of the class, bleeding on her sleeve.

Bahaha stupid bitch.

That reminds me of how awful we always were to supply teachers. We had this one broad that we drove insane, no joke. We made her flip out so bad that she kicked us all our of the portable and locked herself in, lmao. The principal had to come and get her...and when she came out of the classroom she was crying and saying how terrible we all were. Another teacher had to come replace her. Lmfao.
