WOW! Someone is about to murder a dog in my neighborhood.

One of my head neighbors got a brand new dog that barks every single night for at least 30 minutes! Not even a puppy, but an adult dog with a deep, booming voice. Every single night, without fail, as soon as it gets dark... the ing dog WON'T STOP BARKING. Why do they leave him outside? Why don't they put a ing muzzle on him?
I DON'T KNOW.
But you can hear people screaming from their windows "SHUT THE UP I'M TRYING TO GET SOME SLEEP!" and other various expressions of annoyance.
This has gone on for nearly a week.
Needless to say, this dog is about to die. They'd better call ASPCA (sp) to arrest that ing mutt before someone busts a cap in his ass. |

| Has anybody tried going over to their house and saying something? If that hasn't worked, has anybody tried calling animal control? Every time there has been an issue wherever I've lived, it's been solved in less than a day just by making one phone call. |

It's not the dog's fault somebody put it outside all night long with all sorts of lights and noises to talk to.
Here's what you should do though: kill the owners and lock the dog inside with their bodies. You won't have to hear the dog at night anymore, and you can be sure it's well fed, so it's not like you're killing it, ya know? |
